When I think of cute, well designed and “happy” sewn projects, Amy Sinibaldi of nanacompany is one of the first designers that comes to mind. My dear friend, Elnora, introduced me to Amy’s work and it was love at first sight. Since I am not very “cutesy” in my projects, I was especially interested in Amy’s design process and how she can come up with functional and adorable projects!
Here are a few of them (along with their tutorials if you would like to make your own):[twocol_one][/twocol_one] [twocol_one_last][/twocol_one_last] Between the time I asked if she wanted to be on the podcast and recording, she was announced as one of the latest fabric designers for Art Gallery Fabrics! What a coincidence. You can see a sneak peak at her new fabric line. Our conversation takes us all over the map including her creative journey starting out as an etsy store owner to today, why she still loves blogging and how she balances her work and life with four children.
