Sunday Stash 11.30.14

When I purchase new fun fabrics or pull out an interesting set of fabrics, I like to post my Sunday Stash!  Molli Sparkles started a linkup party for all of us fabric hoarders lovers!
My field trip to Momen+ in Torrance, CA this week was a true test of willpower.  You can see pictures here of the amazing store.  Melinda helped me focus my purchases and I enjoyed seeing fabrics from another person’s perspective.
Here are most of the fabrics I bought:

I have to say that I was pretty good! The two van fabrics will be used for pillowcases in our 1983.5 Volkswagen Vanagon camper.  They. Are. Perfect.
The Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is being added to my ever growing Halloween stash.

The red and white cat and dog faces were too cute to pass up and the red floral comes from Amy Butler’s Lark line.
Here is a my most precious find.

I bought 2 yards of Yoshiko Jinzenji‘s small motifs fabric. It is a bit sheer but the hand is so soft.  I have dreams of a tank, knowing I will need to wear a came under it.  Perhaps you will see it again during the Garment Making skill challenge of Learn More, Sew More . Or I might just hoard it forever!!!
Linking up with Molli Sparkles for Sunday Stash!
