I can almost guarantee you that upon meeting Heather Givans of Crimson Tate, you will be greeted with a smile. I wonder if her facial muscles responsible for smiling are “strong like Arnold”! It seems fitting that her smiling face and adorable cat eye glasses go hand in hand with her friendly personality.
When I saw her new fabric line, Paper Obsessed, at Fall Quilt Market, I immediately fell in love. I love paper supplies! I still keep a paper organizer and can almost always been found with at least two colorful pens and a pad of paper in my purse. So yes, I MUST have Paper Obsessed! We chatted for a minute in her booth, I gawked at her quilt (quilted by Karen McTavish) and I might have fallen in love with her then.
When Patrick of Quilty Box told me that Heather was one of his designers, I might have jumped up and down! If no one saw it, did it happen? 🙂
During our podcast, we are downright giddy. I swear we were not drinking but we were excited to chat with each other. We talked about designing her fabric collections, what is in her Quilty Box, why you don’t want to be “like Pauline” and so much more. I know you will love the episode!
